I am writing today one year after my misadventure. Keyword incorrectness and all-round entrepreneurial inability. I order a Galician vaca vieja steak for the restaurant and upon arrival I open the hill and find an unhealthy piece of meat, cleaned with a knife and smelly. From there my odyssey, still unfinished, begins. I file a complaint and that incompetent, because that's how it should be defined, person in charge denies the collection and refund and only the moldy and smelly meat is a characteristic for them....... crazy stuff these guys!!!!!. Only after having threatened to contact the ASL for an inspection of the product and with a complaint on my part to the competent ASL for a check on the conservation of the products at their factory, I was magically granted the withdrawal and this says it all. ...... Once the credit note arrives, the shipping costs are deducted.......crazy....... You are shameful and after a year I still haven't received the refund, realize what people we are talking about........ As soon as I know that some colleague is your customer I will gladly direct them to others....... SHAME ON YOU
My experience refers to a purchase on the online shop.
I wanted to taste wild salmon, finally understand the difference from the pale, sad colored one you buy in supermarkets. I search and find Jolanda de Colo'; fine, particular products and, what should not be underestimated for me, "caught with hooks".
Woh!
I order about half a kilo of two different qualities, but both wild and hook-caught salmon. It's expensive, but I think it's worth it for once.
I receive the order confirmation by email: "FISHED BY HOOK".
I receive a copy of the DDT: "FISHED WITH GILLNETS OR SIMILAR" for one lot, "FISHED WITH TRAWLETS" for another lot. Something wrong. I ask for clarification.
I receive an email reporting the response from the quality office which says that due to a typo the words FISHED BY HOOK remained, but in reality it was caught by TRAINO or IMBROCCO. “We are so sorry.” Nothing more.
I would like to point out that I purchased some salmon caught by hook, "We are very sorry, we apologize" nothing more.
Normally one expects "Look, we'll refund you, if you want you can return everything" and, in 90% of cases someone replies "It doesn't matter, it's fine like this". Instead nothing.
To date, the image on the site says "FISHED BY HOOK" and the packages that have arrived say "FISHED BY HOOK" in large letters and "FISHED BY TRAWLING" in small letters.
I don't trust anyone who acts like this. In theory, if I had the time and desire, I could also continue with the thing, but I have neither the time nor the desire; maybe my wife...
My experience certainly ends here.

The company is something truly extraordinary! I was able to take a tour inside to see the production.
Beyond the exceptional and I would say almost unique products, I was very impressed by the care of the premises themselves. To take the tour it is necessary to dress from head to toe (mask included) with insulating suits, because the level of cleanliness and perfection borders on that of the operating room.
It was explained to me that the reason for this remarkable care is due to the fact that microbes can alter the organoleptic properties of the products themselves.
I believe that only a great passion can bring the products they deal to such high levels.
What can I say... Absolutely worth trying!!!
Purchased a wild king salmon "jolanda de Colò" selection with great expectations, but the only thing that was wild was the processing of the product. Dry and salty like cod and not properly boned as a product of that range should be. Never again.
You don't become excellent just because you sell products selected with care and skill, you also become so because of your relationship with customers and JdC has demonstrated solidarity more than once in these difficult times.
Thanks to JdC and its sales network in the person of Cieri Marco, we are still here fighting to restart.
